4 Piece Stainless Steel Sprout Strainer Lids

These mason jar lids are perfect for growing sprouts or microgreens. Each pack comes with 4 jar lids, they are plastic with steel mesh which makes them durable enough to use over and over again. If you've never sprouted before, it's a pretty simple process.

1. Grab a clean mason jar and put 1 tablespoon of your choice of sprout seeds in and fill the jar at least haflway full with water and put the jar lid on tight. Let it sit overnight.
2. The next day, drain the water out completely, fill again one more time with water and drain immediately. Let the jar sit until the following day.
3. You'll follow step 2 for 4 days rinsing the seeds every day. On the fifth day, you'll drain them completely one last time and then you'll put your sprouts in the fridge. They should last in the fridge max 2 weeks.
