Apply to the affected area and enjoy the warming relief. We begin with a base of Black Seed Oil (also called Black Cumin Oil aka Liquid Gold) which is known to be naturally warming. We then add oils of Comfrey, Calendula, Lavender, Peppermint, Arnica, Nettle, Chamomile, and Cayenne. This combination of herbal oils is deep penetrating and instantly calm the aching area.  The herbs, oils, and essential oils are all ones that may help to reduce inflammation which is usually the cause of pain in an area. 

To use: Rub a generous amount on the affected area giving a nice massage to the place experiencing pain.
